General terms and conditons of sale
On-line Shop on the website www.qualitas.si is administrated by company Qualitas, Kranj.
ORDERS
You can order our products in our On-line shop. Order will be checked by phone and confirmed by mail, which you will become at latest 3 work days after your order. Your orders will be saved at company Qualitas. Costumers have right to take a look insight their orders at companies Headquarter, on costumers written request we can also send the order on costumers address. Administrator retain the right to restore business contact in aim to solve all eventual indistictnesses with the data, orders or for solving eventual disagreements.
PRICES
All prices are in EUR incl. VAT. Prices are valid from January 2007 till bringing out of new pricelist. Valid are prices, which are confirmed by costumer at the order in Online shop. Some pictures are symbolic.
DELIVERY
All orders will be processed within the next business day. Our sales personnal will contact every customer individually.
PAYMENT
Payment is due the contract terms.
RECLAMATIONS & WARRANTY
Costumer has the right to report a bug or error in period of three months from the day, the product was installed. The seller is not responsible for errors or malfunction of software that originate from unproper use or even self code corrections. Eventual conflicts will be solved by mutual agreement. If the agreement can not be reched, the conflicts may be resolved by County court in Kranj.
CANCELATION AND RETURNS
Cancelation and returns are subject to the written contract between both parties.
WE GUARRANTEE THAT EVERY PURCHASE IN QUALITAS ONLINE SHOP IS SAFE.
All costumers have rights according to Consumer Protection Act. With consumers purchase confirmation Qualitas is allowed to restore, manage and maintain customers personal data. Qualitas ensurres protection of all personal data on ground of Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia Act, no. 59/99, 57/01).
